Acerola is a fruit that is well known for being rich in Vitamin C. It is cherry-like and thrives in rainforest conditions and hot climates. It is picked when its Vitamin C levels peak, pressed into a pulp and then freeze-dried to preserve as much of the nutritional content as possible. Produced in South America, packed in the UK.
