Headaid is the natural alternative to soothe and clear a tired mind. Directions: To create a soothing compress add 4 or 5 drops of Headaid Blend to a bowl of warm or cold water, soak a clean cloth or sterile gauze in the water and apply to the the forehead. Or blend 3 drops in 5ml carrier oil and massage onto temples, equivalent to a 2% dilution. Alternatively put a few drops on a tissue and inhale to soothe and clear, or diffuse in our Aroma-Space or an oil burner.
